TFY CHAPTER 7 evaluation
In this chapter we learn how to evaluate and recognize words. Evaluation is the process of systematically assessing the design, implementation and impact of programs, policies or projects. The evaluation process employs many of the research. Evaluation are not fact, they require fact, proper reasoning, examples etc. once we know how to evaluate, we need to learn how to re-evaluate as well in order to learn from personal and collective experience. Emulation can also be said opinions that can be expressed and allows for agreement and disagreement. Evaluation measures performance, demonstrate programs benefit, helps improving effectiveness, and creates opportunity.
